Wow, Iv'e been off work for 3 weeks now. I can't believe it's been that long. First couple of weeks were pretty busy, doing this and that. Then I went to Phoenix to make an Easter Bunny cake with my grandkids, Elena and Ronnie. Had a lot of fun!! Actually it was the second bunny cake Ronnie got to make, the first one he made with his other cousin, Lety. I googled to find out how to make a bunny cake, and found alot of good ideas. We decided on this one because you can make 2 bunnies with one cake mix. That way they could each have their own cake. It was really an easy cake to make, perfect for 2 year olds to help with. We did most of the frosting and the kids helped decorate it with coconut and jelly beans. Think we'll make it an Easter tradition!
